XSR does not promise or pursue the removal of legitimate negative reviews. It can assess possible platform policy or legal issues, document relevant material and coordinate with a qualified legal partner where appropriate.

XSR distinguishes genuine criticism from material that may be demonstrably false, unlawful, inauthentic or in breach of platform rules. Good-faith criticism is not targeted for removal.
